GAMI/SIMONDS VISA FEE
GAMI/Simonds’ fee is dependent on many factors including beneficiary’s familiarity with the process, length of visa, number of personnel, number of performances and whether there is a corresponding support personnel petition to the principle.
Fee range is $1,500.00 - $2,500.00, sometimes less if a recent client (within a year wherein the press materials, with some updates, are still current) and sometimes more if unforeseen problems arise – be it materials not provided in the formats requested or there is a Request for Further Evidence from USCIS.
With some exceptions, at the outset of a case GAMI/Simonds charges a retainer of $500.00 towards preliminary consultations and research of the beneficiary’s qualifications for the classification being sought. This retainer is applied to the fee when moving forward with the issuing of GAMI/Simonds immigration service agreement and the creation of the petition(s). Based on the preliminary discussions, GAMI/Simonds provides a detailed list of required materials and formats thereof and sample documents.
