ITEM: Consulate fee

cost: $205.00 per visa issued, ie per person in your tour party.
In some cases, an issuance fee is charged as well. The issuance fee is charged if the country from which the beneficiary comes from charges U.S. citizens a similar fee - to find out if you must pay an issuance fee go to the consulates web site.

GAMI/SIMONDS VISA FEE

GAMI/Simonds’ fee is dependent on many factors including beneficiary’s familiarity with the process, length of visa, number of personnel, number of performances and whether there is a corresponding support personnel petition to the principle.

Fee range: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00, + hard costs (copies, UPS) $250.00-$325.00

The GAMI/Simonds fee is a retainer and allows for “x” number of hours for the case. If the case exceeds the anticipated hours client is charged at the rate of $125.00/hour. It is rare that a case exceeds the number of anticipated hours. When it does it is usually a result of:
- I must spend additional time providing more than basic guidance during the visa application or entry process. It is understood that the beneficiary has a basic
working knowledge of the process. The timing and scheduling of lengthy discussions regarding the process and related matters can require more time than the
entire USCIS petition process.
- Beneficiary not providing materials in the requested formats
- Changes in USCIS law or unanticipated developments that render the case unusually complex and thus requiring additional work
- USCIS issues a Request for Further Evidence (RFE)
- Unanticipated or undisclosed complications arising with respect to the immigration status or treatment of any beneficiary, spouse or dependent
- Beneficiary requests a change in personnel, employment dates, tour dates or any other matter that effects completed paperwork
